Biography
David Wilson is a stained glass artist and designer. His projects have included commissions for universities, government buildings, corporations, churches and synagogues, hospitals, metro stations, airports, and private individuals. Wilson was born in England, and graduated from art school with a National Diploma in Design in 1961. After moving to the United States in 1963, Wilson worked as a designer for the Rambusch Decorating Company in New York City, becoming the head of their stained glass studio in 1975. In 1978, Wilson moved his studio to South New Berlin, New York. He joined Walter Reisen and Trevor Wilson in 2002 to form the WRW Studio. Wilson continues his work from his South New Berlin studio today.
